Booking and Payment:

• All bookings are subject to availability and must be made an advance payment of 80% of the total cost, to receipt of all booking confirmation documents.
• Upon receipt of all booking confirmation documents, the remaining 20% payment has to be made to proceed with your travel
• Payments must be made via bank transfer or bKash payment methods to ensure high security. All payment method details will be provided upon booking confirmation

Cancellation and Refunds:

• All offers related to tour packages are non-changeable and non-refundable.
• Once booked, the offer cannot be modified or canceled, and refunds will not be provided under any circumstances

Amendments and Changes:

• Changes to bookings, including dates, names, or other details, may be subject to additional fees or charges depending upon to availability of the hotel room and Air Ticket.
• Amendments are subject to availability and must be requested in advance

Travel Documents:

• Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary travel information, such as Personal Information and NID details for all travelers before booking.
• The tour operator is not liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to inadequate travel documentation

Health and Safety:

• Customers are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour
• Any medical conditions or special requirements must be disclosed to the tour operator before booking

Responsibility and Liability:

• The tour operator is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to property during the tour unless caused by negligence or breach of contract.

Dispute Resolution:
