Gift Card FAQs
What is the Pegah Gift Card?
The Pegah Gift Card is a prepaid travel gift that can be purchased on the Pegah platform and redeemed as a coupon for eligible hotel and tour bookings.
How do you buy a Gift Card?
Choose a design, enter an amount, add the recipient details and submit your order. Pegah will confirm payment and delivery details with you.
How do you send the Gift Card?
Select “Send to someone else”, enter their name and email, write a personal message and choose a delivery date. The card will be delivered after payment confirmation.
How many Gift Cards can you use per booking?
Only one Pegah Gift Card can be redeemed per booking.
How do you redeem the Gift Card?
Enter the unique gift-card code in the coupon field during checkout. Gift-card codes cannot be combined with another promotional coupon.
What if the booking amount is higher than the Gift Card value?
The recipient can pay the remaining balance using any payment method currently supported by Pegah.
What if the booking amount is lower than the Gift Card value?
A Pegah Gift Card is redeemable once. Any unused balance is not refundable or carried forward.
Terms and Conditions
A maximum of 6 cards may be ordered in one transaction. Values range from BDT 500 to BDT 100,000. Cards remain valid for one year, are redeemable once, cannot be exchanged for cash and bookings paid with a gift card are non-refundable.
