PEGAH does not own any travel products. We are simply the bridge which connects the customers with the travel service providers like airlines, hotels, etc. The travel products on PEGAH are sold by third party travel providers. The travel providers are responsible for their products, and you must understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the third party travel providers before booking or purchasing their products through PEGAH.
If something should go wrong during booking or travel period, PEGAH cannot be held accountable, and you must resolve your dispute directly with the travel provider in question.
Booking Terms
If you make a booking through Our Website for Travel Products, that booking is made with the Travel Provider named on the booking page and Our Website only acts as a user interface. Accordingly, PEGAH has no responsibility for the booking or the Travel Product because PEGAH has no involvement in creating the description of the Travel Product, in defining the price and any fees, or in providing the Travel Products that you book. If you have any issues or disputes with your booking and/or the Travel Product, you agree to address and resolve these with the Travel Provider and not with us.

Promotion Terms
PEGAH generates promotion codes/ discounts from time to time which may be availed on the site.
PEGAH reserves the right to add, alter, modify, withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the program by any other program, whether similar to this program or not or withdraw it altogether without any prior notice.
In case of dispute with any party, PEGAH’s decision will be binding and final.
When you register with pegah.com.bd, we or any of our partners/affiliate/group companies may contact you from time to time to provide the offers/information of such products/services that we believe may benefit you.
Payment Terms
By making a payment using this site, you agree to the use of your personal details for verification and validation of your transactions to ensure no one else is using your credentials without your consent. You must also acknowledge that the details you provide us maybe disclosed to third party credit card payment gateway agencies for verification. Your personal details will not be used for any other purposes except to verify and confirm your identity.
Cancellation & Refund
PEGAH will follow supplier’s (Hotel and resort) policy for cancellation/ re-issue.
In case of refund/ re-issue, customer must confirm PEGAH 48 hours prior to travel date.
Refund process (If applicable) may take up to 6 weeks depending on the method used for payment.
For any kind of refund, service charge and convenience fee are non-refundable.
* In case of national emergency/ lockdown/ political unrest/ natural disaster etc., standard refund policy may not be applicable.

Customer name, address, phone number, traveller's name and age are shared with applicable service providers like the airlines, hotels, etc., for the purpose of reservation and booking the services for the customer/traveller.Information like Credit Card Details and Net Banking Details are usually collected directly by the payment gateways and banks and not by PEGAH, but if ever stored or retained by us, the data will be stored internally, secured and is never shared, except that they may be shared with third party private/government security agencies to screen for fraudulent activities. These details are also shared with certain third parties only for the purpose of processing 'Cash Back & Discounts'. Information like Phone number, E-mail address and billing address may be used for promotional purposes, unless the customer/user has unsubscribed from such services. If you choose not to share this information, you can still visit the PEGAH website, but you may be unable to access certain options, offers and services.
